Every time my fourteen-year-old sis goes to a sunny place, or a crowded place (like the mall), she gets a severe headache in the back of her head, left side of her head, and pressure on her right eye. Her right eye is the weaker one compared to the other eye. The spectacles she wears only has power for the right eye, the left is a glass without power. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to help her relieve her pain. The headache usually lasts about 2 hours, and it's severe. Sleep doesn't help ease the pain. I'm not sure if it's a migraine cause her right eye has always been her weakness, and causes her headaches sometimes. But since last year, the pain has been getting worse. My parents and I are quite worried cause we don't really know what's causing it, and we don't know how to help reduce the pain. So far, only painkillers help to relief the pain, but I don't think it's good to use it too often right?
