Headaches- Should I see my nurse/gp?

Hi there. :)
For the past five-ish weeks I have been experiencing headaches.
At times they seem to be pretty constant and last most of the day.
Other times, I seem to experience several headaches a day.
I had my eyes tested yesterday and everything was fine.
I'm not stressed, I'm drinking plenty of fluids, and whilst I spend time on the computer, I don't thinks it's extremely excessive.
I've found that paracetamol doesn't really help relieve them.
In the past I've found that being in sunlight can be a trigger for me to get a headache, but it would only last an hour or so. & in the past few weeks I've not constantly been in the sun or anything so not sure if that's what's triggered this or not.
For the few days I've found that I have been waking up with a headache.
Is there anything I can do to try and relieve my symptoms at home, or should I go & see someone about them?
