Most of the person have headache on constant basis and they take this as a ordinary one.I advise you to get a complete checkup for this because some times it leads a person towards tumors and cysts in brain. So friends love with your life.

  • Conditions that appear to be as small as headaches could be the first symptoms to great, more serious conditions. All the same, even small conditions of headaches should not be overlooked as they could be caused due to the following reasons: Staying up too late and not getting enough sleepOverexertion or overexposure to the sunStress at home or school (exam time is a prime time for teenage headaches)Dehydration or lack of proper nutritionTobacco, alcohol, or caffeine (including caffeinated soft drinks)Loud musicExcessive “screen time” (TV, video games, and the Internet)These reasons need to be highlighted and dealt with if they have an impact on a person’s health. There are other critical cases seen that start off with simple headaches such as migraines. If additional symptoms are seen, such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, seizures, blurred vision, etc a medical professional must be consulted immediately.

  • headache is b****. One of my friends has migraines attacks and she gets so helpless that i can't even look at her. She had ct scan and everything done. It was normal, no lumps. I was digging around for some holistic approach as she is already on meds. I found that meditation does gradually reduce migraine attacks and cure them eventually. It is a long shot worth i think completely worth it. She also started listening to binaural beats. She says it's working for her.
