I've had a very mild headache for the past 3 days or so, and last night and today I have had a temperature of 100-101 on average. In the morning I had a 98 or a 99 temperature, but nonetheless I am getting worried. Last night I took a nap for two hours, woke up around 7:15 PM thinking it was 7:15 am. I think this was just a mishap, as 7:15 am has a sunrise and 7:15 pm is when the sun starts going down.

I also have little to no appetite, and I sometimes feel very cold or very warm.

Anyways, I am just wondering if this is normal or requires medical attention. Please help.

  • I know this response is late coming, but this is for anyone who may be looking through these as I am......... If you have a headache AND a fever it is best to seek medical attention ASAP. Fevers usually show your body is trying to fight an infection. A headache CAN be a symptom of something serious.
