I have been at the end of my rope like most of you. I have suffered with this jaw pain for a little over 4 years. After wisdom teeth removal, root canals..and countless times on antibiotics, i went to a ear nose throat doctor and told him everything from the past four years. He did a scope in my nose to check my sinuses but didnt see much.. then suggested a cat scan. I was not sure about the scan because as many of you who have this know..this is a costly pain. You put out so much money to dentists..doctors..and for drugs. I went ahead with the cat scan because i felt defeated and thought..what could it hurt. The cat scan came back that i had inflamed sinus areas, infected, debris lodged, and an area in my nose not allowing my sinuses to drain. The doctor has suggested surgery so we will see. Wanted to let you all know my results and that i truly hope you find yours soon. It is heart wrenching and many will not understand your pain.
