i too had pain in what i thought was my teeth and after x-rays the dentist said they were perfect. the pain was pretty much the same as when i had to have a root canal done. it did, however, go away on its own accord. my friend is a qualified nutritionist and had suggested a ten day elimination trial with first dairy, to see if this helped releive my sinus symptoms that i suffer from, and then with wheat. i noticed that my nose was no longer runny after cutting out dairy and my weezing and stuffy nose stopped with the wheat free diet. i then noticed after i cut wheat and dairy out of my diet that if i 'treated' myself with wheat or dairy it quiet often resulted with varying degrees of my previous problems and occasionally, after binging, extreme pain in the left hand side of my jaw. it would also result in sinus infections and ear-ache. i was also told that cafeine can cause inflamation too and i do notice that if i don't drink de-cafe i get a 'tingling' sensation in my nose. hope some of this information helps, i feel amazing since cutting out the wheat and dairy and it is such a relief! just one more thing, dairy allergy is different to intollerance. intollerance is to do with digestion where as allergy is how it effects you. good luck guys!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
