Several months ago, after doing heavy lifting on the leg press (~ 375 or 400), I severely strained the muscle in the back of my head. It hurt so bad, I thought my head was going to split for an hour afterwards. After that, almost any amount of effort caused an immense amount of pain. It'd especially hurt in the morning and at night. I cannot stress enough the amount of pain I was in some days, but I had no insurance and couldnt afford to check it out.. After a while (And after working on my form during my workouts) it disappeared. Now that area seems agitated again. It's been sore for the last week. And really starting to affect my performance, and generally my whole life. Is there anything I can do? Will I have to go to some kind of physical therapy or something?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
