I just randomly got jaw pain, and it's swollen and very uncomfortable. It hasn't gone away and it's been 5 days. I also have pain in my head, and it feels like either someone squeezing on my brain or my brain exploding. My head hurts on my forehead. And I don't understand what's wrong. I sleep well, and It doesn't seem like I grind my teeth but I wear a night guard anyway but I wake up without severe pain. Sometimes I can' open my mouth wide, chewing or talking too much hurts. So I have kept them both to a minimal. I also get ringing in my ears randomly. I did think my jaw pain started because I wear over the ear headphones which leans on the TMJ joint. So, I started feeling a little pain in my ear and a little on my jaw so I stopped wearing it for a bit and then wore them again. My face feels tight too like its stretching. I don't know if this goes with it but a few months back but still this year I had both my feet swollen and huge but it went away but it happened twice. Lately I been sleeping on my back, because I usually sleep on my stomach but I heard sleeping on your back is better. And just recently my eyesight got horrible and I can't see long distance and I used to have perfect vision. But I thought I would bring up the stuff that has happened in case any of it goes with something else. If anyone could give me something to look into more about it would be very helpful.
