Hello, I was just wondering whether any one has any ideas about what could be 'wrong' with me. Last year i got a trampoline for my garden and went on it a lot. I noticed that when i jump i get terrible pain in my head, like a build up of pressure and in my left ear drum type area..canal maybe? :S

I thought it would have gone but now it's sunny again, im back on the trampoline and still in pain.

Any ideas?

Thank you

  • Make sure you are hydrated before you go on your trampoline. And you will normally have those pains in your head if you were sat down for a while before you went on the trampoline. I get head pains too but if you drink a glass of water 5 minutes before you go on your trampoline the pain should go hope this helped.
