I have similar pain on one side (right) of my upper teeth and lips and the pain usually come
back after 23hrs every day that is from 4pm every day. I have seen my dentist and did
not find any problem inside my mouth. My only pain relief was one dose of Nurofen everyday at 4 pm because that was when the pain returns. My dentist told me not to take Nurofen anymore but I can't. I do not know what to do next but if your share any relief or experinces of how you recover from this problem would be very much appreciated.

NaiSometimes tooth pain is radiated pain from your jaw or your nerves. You may have TMJ which is a condition involving jaw pain caused by clenching or grinding your teeth, which you could do while you're sleeping and not even know it.I don't think this is a dentist related problem. You should probably make an appointment with an orthopedic, which is a doctor who specializes in pain disorders.
