I tend to get headaches when laying face down on the ground while using my arms to reach/move ( not supporting my upper body in any way). For example I was laying on my belly in the kitchen trying to fish out a cat toy from under the fridge and after about 15 minutes I started to feel the pain pounding on the sides of my head. The pain gets worse when I stand straight up. I usually stay bent all the way over while trying to get to a chair. After sitting for a few minutes I can gradually sit up and eventually lift my head straight up. The episode does not last long once I get my body up off the ground, but I cannot lay on the ground in any way or the pain just pounds on forever. Its just a slow process to be able to sit up and lift my head. This only takes about another 10 to 15 minutes but it seems like an eternity. The pounding subsides or goes away while bent over. But if I try to sit up too soon it comes back wicked fast. I sleep on my belly and have not had a headache from it. Has anyone else experienced a headache trigger like this?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
