I am 21. I have been getting tension headaches nearly everyday this summer. This year my allergies got worse and that's about when the headaches started too. Now I'm on medication for allergies, but I still get the headaches. It happens almost everyday and near the end of the day. I am worried about why this is happening and what it has to do with. The headaches are mild, but feel like pressure around my ear area and my neck aches sometimes as well. Any advice?
