Hello all.. After doing quite a bit of research, I'm convinced I'm deficient in b12 based on the symptoms I've been experiencing. (I'm a vegetarian who is a borderline vegan, who hasn't been taking very good of herself.) I can't get into the doctor till November, so I'll have to wait till then to be sure. Anyway, I'm just wondering if a b12 deficiency would cause my head to feel weird: tightness, pressure, tingling, cold sensations, temples feeling tight, etc. I can't seem to find any info on that. Thanks to anyone who could give me some insight.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
