Hi. I just underwent a debridment of my wrist for previous tfcc tear. I had the surgery on oct 8th. The dr told me to start stretching and doing strength exercises. I did some yesterday and today the joint is slightly swollen and the pain I had before the surgery is now back. What should I do? Also I have terrible thb pain if I put any weight on my palm. I have a prominent on my palm. My dr told me it is normal to have that based on using hands alot. When I press on it it gives my pain at base of thumb more close to wrist and same when I put pressure on it. What might this be?
