My problem right now quite like in this thread.
I had the injury for 4 months now. I am a bboy (breakdancer) , and this happened while i was bboying with my friends. I dunno what to do. I got an xray from an ortho and he wasnt able to find anything. He jut gave me an oilment and i had been using it for quite some time now without much effect. I can still type and stuff, but cant take weights, even ground exercises (Let alone bboy), or cant bent the wrist more than an angle, or apply presure to it without experiencing pain. Please tell me what to do about it. I want this to get over the wrist injury by april to the max as thats when my exams gets over.
