Thumb pain?

My boyfriend and I were wrestling around the other day and when I went to punch him he blocked me. I hit him hard but didnt mean it so i wasnt thinking when my thumb wast inside my fist, instead of outside.

It hurt extremly bad afterwards and I couldnt move it because it hurt to bad. I didnt think i could move it at all.

as time went on, i kept trying to flex it, after a few hours I could move the top joint, but the bottom still refused to move. When I would move it, it would go from being very painful to a numb sort of feeling. I could feel a bit of popping.

now I can fully move it in both joints. It still hurt pretty bad. the bottom joint hurts when i bend it, and I can feel cracking in the top joint when i go to straighten it back out after bending it.

Any idea what i did to my hand? just stub it or what? I dont have medical insurance so im not trying to go to the doctor. Will this go away?
