Shaky fingers

I've got shaky hands. I can't stretch out my fingers without them trembling/vibrating 2mm either side. The condition worsens after doing exercise or heavy work like vacuuming the whole house.

Under normal conditions, it's not a major problem. But I'm unable to keep my hands stable when I need to work on something tiny such as putting thread in needle or when tightening a screw with a screwdriver.
