Puss filled lumps, scaly skin, dry skin that splits open

Alright, so as it says in the topic, I am having some odd hand conditions. I don't have any health insurance, so I was wondering if anyone else has had these kind of symptoms also.

  1. Oozing puss filled Lumps under my skin that can be popped or squeezed open
  2. Skin that cracks open when not moisturized
  3. Scaly chunks of skin that can be peeled off, as if the skin is dead.
  4. Itching.
  5. Swelling
These are the symptoms that I am experiencing, I have tried everything from Hydrogen Peroxide to clean my hands, hand sanitizer, moisturizers such as lotions. Now, started developing these symptoms back in June of 2012, I convinced myself it was just a bad case of Eczema and there was no cure for it besides just continuing to use lotion. Since then, it flares up and then dies down a little, sometimes I even wake up in the middle of the night to find myself scratching my fingers. Here are some pictures to help:
