Both my hands get cramps that last 5 to 10 minutes at a time it can happen all of a sudden without warning, day or night when I am either sitting or standing. Anyone have any ideas how to cope with this?,and make my hands feel better. I went to see a bone doctor about it thinking I had arthritis but i do not they took 6 ex-rays found nothing wrong. My internist found nothing in my blood lipids either all normal. I am not making this up It is real pain in both hands.
