my fingers have swollen up and i've felt tingling and aching in my fingers (i looked it up this could be best described as paresthesia) it goes away really quickly but it's quite painful. It's happened twice once when i was walking my dog and the second time when i was dancing. it happened in both hands the frist time and only three fingers the second time. My hand felt really hot. what could it have been?
