Even minor cold items produce sever pain

I also get this in my feet eg, standing on coldish floors, holding items such as milk from the fridge, even if its not touching the actual milk, just the plastic holder, to the point I cant cut veg stored in the fridge, let alone anything from the freezer, in fact, I cant riffle through the freezer for food without wearing plastic gloves.

Its not a cold burning feeling like frost bite, its just an amazing amount of pain, its kinda like a cramp feeling but, I can still move so its not actual cramp but its the same kind of pain..

Any ideas?
