Burning, tingling, stiff fingers..

Over the past few days, my hands have been doping some strange things. My fingers go really tingly and stiff, but they burn really painfully. I keep tapping them against each other to stop it, and (this is a little weird) put the tips in my mouth to try even out the temperature. They also get really sensitive and quite weak. But it can be like that for a few hours, then go away for a few hours.

Any ideas? At first I thought it was circulation, but now I'm not so sure.

Thanks! <3
