bilateral hand numbness (after R wrist fracture)

I have had what has been diagnosed as Carpal Tunnel, mostly in my R hand and occasionally in my left. But I also at times have what feels like joint pain and what I call 'glove' syndrome in my hands. (separate, but maybe not, I have occasional painful numbness in my right foot) I always thought it was coming from my neck, so never had surgery, but did try Chiropractors, inc one that specializes in Upper Cervical; getting treatments for 6-8 months. Then about a month ago I fell with a bike and broke my right wrist. It was 'set', then MRI showed ligment was involved, so last wk a hand Surgeon fixed the bone, ligament and while he was in there I asked if he could go ahead and perform a Carpal Tunnel repair. My Right middle finger remains numb, other fingers are tingely (and tight and swollen of course), and I have to wear a splint/cast thing.
Then this morning, I woke up with my LEFT hand painfully numb! I'm sorry this is so long, but I'm very frustrated with both hands involved now, and I'm new with this messaging (or whatever it is called). I'm hoping someone else out there has some hope for me. I have been praying, but believe He can work thru people, to help people.
