Unusual Hair Loss

So I dont have much in the way of hair loss, and the only real issue is that my hair has started graying despite me being 24. On my right leg, on the lower half, on the right side, almost all the hair has fallen out utterly. As ifi had waxed the area. Im male, and have fairly thick dark body hair, which i dont shave. So this is an extremely noticable thing. the hair thats there seems as solid as any other, it doesnt fall off or anything. its just...gone in that one area.

Edit: For clarification, this doesnt occur elsewhere on me at all, except for a slight thinning on the left side of the left leg. The bare patch on the right leg is easily covering 90% of the area.
