Hello all. I am a 19 year old female and I have noticed in the last 6 months to a year that my hair is thinning. I know this isn't natural hair fall, because I lose more than 50 to 100 hairs a day and I can see a noticeable difference in the thickness of my hair. I think this problem may have something to do with lack of vitamins in my diet. I also used to dye my hair a lot, but haven't touched it with harsh chemicals in about a year. My hair grows very slowly and I have itchy dandruff too. What I'd like to figure out is what vitamins are essential for healthy hair growth? I also noticed I've become fatigued really easily..I sleep a lot! I'm worried about a problem that may be persistent here. Just need some clues to figuring out this mystery.
