i have naturally really dark brown, wavy and thin hair and it keeps on falling out from the roots!!!
i am half chinese and half new Zealand and i dont think my family as any history of boldness.
i have highlighted my hair at least 3 times in red and light brown and ive died my hair black on the hair closest to my neck.
for the past 5 minutes ive been pulling out hair and ive at least lost 150 in that 5 mins.
i also did that this morning and also lost 150 strands!!!
i can still pull out hair at the moment and i am worried......
During class at least 10 strands of my hair would fall out naturally and each class is like 70 mins long!!!
im using herbal essence (the blue one which is the hello hydration for dry/damaged hair) in conditioner and shampoo. is the brand bad for my hair?
DO I NEED TREATMENT FROM A DOCTOR?!?!

  • 1. Massage extra virgin coconut oil on your remaining hair and scalp (make sure that it penetrates your scalp) just massage, never use comb..2. wrap it with hot towel then cover with shower cap 3. rinse off with a little shampoo and lots of conditioner (preferably one w/ coco milk) 4. PAT dry your hair, never rub with towel...5. use wide tooth comb till it gets a bit dry...no irons or blow dryer pls... With this, im sure you'll regain strength for remaining hair and eliminate hair loss...

  • Also, stop using shampoos that contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfide, it is a harsh chemical and your scalp soaks it up. Go to a health food store and try to find a shampoo with all natural ingredients. You may want to stop dying your hair too, these are also serious chemicals that are being applied to your scalp.... which is exactly where the hair is falling out from, right?

  • You are standing on a dangerous stage. In Baldness when a hair falls then another hair generates on that follicle which is thicker than previous and with the passage of time process stop to generate hair more. The condition in which you are,you must contact to a qualified surgeon immediately.
