I see a balding patch on my wife is may or may not be pregnant. We are still not sure, but she also suffers from pernicious anemia and eats improperly...bolimic, she is very young. She has a lot of white hair and the balding patch I saw is on the back on the head, about 2 or 3 thumbprints and she claims losing a lot of hair lately. IS this natural? or permanent or possibly able to get worse

  • It sounds like it might be alopecia areata and the hair usually grows back, sometimes white then it turns back the normal color. Most people just loose a few patches here and there and it resolves itself.
