Ok basically im a 18 yr old male..
My summer holidays..i drank alot of alcohol..not much sleep, also smoked hash nearly every day.and cigarettes..
I came back to england, was fine..started relaxing again, then about a month goes by and i felt chest pains..i went to my doctor it was only stomach acid, so i was very relieved..(im a very panicky person)...
After about 2 months..i started feeling dizzy and light headed..and about a month before this feeling i smoked a big blunt full of skunk, and fainted and it was a disgusting high..i saw things..i felt horrible..didnt feell real.etc..i was realy skared..the next 3 days i was different..i felt light headed..i had headaches, i felt cloudy..it eventuali cleared up after about 3 days...then i started a new job where i get up at 5 in d morning and then go college after and finish at 4 in the afternooon...i would stay up until about 12.30 on msn in the dark.. Anyway, so after about 3 weeks/month i start getting weird feelings in my head..light headed...heavy..kind of headache but nothing to strong..i panicked soo much i saw my doctor and he said i had a ear infection...i was veri releived..he gaiv me amoxycilin and it started getting better...but i still kept on thinking about this feeling..i was really skared it was something bad even tho my dok sed it was ear infection..i had so many diferent things in my head...(i was diabetic, anaemic, crazy, soo mani illneses)...i had a small panik atak one nite.. I started feeling kinda unreal.,.and i realised my memory isnt too good..i try n rememba things i dun 2 days b4 and i have to think really hard!!! ... Its veri hard 2 rememebr..i also feel tired and paranoid..i hav mad thoughts about dying and losing all my memory and getting ilnesses..is this all just anxiety..cos wen im occupied i seem 2 feel abit better..i think im also very tired..i spend alot of time on the pc and work early..i dont really exercise and eat alot of junk food..wat do u think is wrong??? Sorri about this long essay..i jus need some opinions and stuf..it helps me feel better
