I am 29 and recently had my gallbladder removed a little over a month ago because of acute inflammation and pain. The surgery went well and I was able to go home after a night's stay. However, now I have weird symptoms and pain. I have noticed since the surgery that I have left mid-lower abdominal pain that last for an hour or so and now I have had 3 episodes of sudden pain in my chest that lasts a few seconds. I know it isn't heartburn pain because I had that enough during pregnancy to know how that feels. This pain is nothing I have felt before. The chest pain comes when I am resting and goes away quickly but it's enough to stop me in my tracks. I also have seem to be allergic to something. (I am allergic to bees but there's no bees out). I have intense itching all over my body and it ahs been happening a lot since the surgery. I have been taking 50 of benadryl and that seems to help but I have these episodes 3-4 times a week. I have an abdonimal CT scheduled for tomorrow. Am I crazy? I'm beginning to think I am a hypochondriac. Please help.
