I've for the past month or so, I've been waking up sweating, sort of enough to kind of drench the sheets.
I know its winter now and everything but I haven't changed blankets since September, and there has been nothing wrong before, no sweating whatsoever (My place does not have heating so it's definitely not attributed to the heat, and I've been sleeping without turning the AC on since mid September).
Recalling previous winters, I sometimes would also wake up sweating, but back then I attributed that to have changed from thinner to thicker warmer blankets, which I thought caused me to sweat, but seeing as I have not changed blankets this time around, I'm not sure why this is the case.
Anything that can help stop this would be greatly appreciated!
