About 3 years ago, all of a sudden i started feeling tired all the time and i had this weird sensation on the left side of my face, neck and forehead, particularly around and beneath the eye. I would describe it as a tight, tender, swollen feeling. I could tell my eye looked a little different too, like the inside part of the upper lid was raised and swollen a little more than it should be.

Just before the fatigue or at the same time, was the sexual symptom. A slight pain in my left testicle, a swollen vein type thing (maybe vericocele but the halfwit doctor dismissed it), loss of libido, huge loss in sexual endurance (more sensitive, don't last long) and recovery, and softening of the skin of the penis and testicles. If i ejaculate twice in one day now, i'll sleep like 15 hours and be dead to the world for 2 days.

There was softening of the whole body really, and a swelling and increased fat of the lower abdomen.

Other main symptoms were cloudiness of thought, moodiness, apathy, depression

Later i would remember that during the 6 months leading up to when this started, i had a discomfort in a particular area of my upperleft teeth and would keep pushing between those teeth with my tongue, which was either causing the problem or making it worse.

Some things to know. I used to smoke, but quit 6 months ago. Since stopping smoking, the tiredness has improved greatly, but the muscle weakness is still there. If i try to do something even moderately strenuous, my muscles will start quivering way too soon and i'll give out. If i try to start lifting weights regularly, it basically incapacitates me for a week.

Any thoughts?

That's called post excertional fatigue.. which can be present in something like "Chronic fatigue syndrome". Not many illnesses have such after effects, to exercise of all kinds, as CFS does. Normaly daily life things became strenuous esp if one is trying to do them regularly!. i couldnt have sex for years cause of it... too strenuous for me and would knock me about far too much. CFS can cause all kinds of weird symptoms etc It may be worth while trying to find a doctor who specialises in CFS to rule this out or give you a proper diagnoses.
