As for the lump in my throat that I wrote about, the only time that I don't feel it and am not bothered by it is when I lay to my left side slightly forward. Also, if I look at my throat in the mirror, I can see it looks like the backside of my throat looks swollen going down my throat. And if I tilt my head to my right, i can see it move as if it's pushing toward the front of my throat.
