Within the past few weeks i have started exeperiencing tingling throughout my body(Always tingles in my neck when it happens, but it also goes eveywhere else.) Though, three days ago I quit chewing tobacco, and it has rapidly gotten worse. Though i think i have narrowed it down to some kind of anxiety, because about 2 months ago i was almost killed at work, and ever since then i have been somewhat afraid at work. For example sometimes im alone and i will get freaked out by things. I also lose concentration very easily, some memory loss, but that might be explained by a head trauma i had years ago. Im not sure whats going on, but i would like some opinions here if you would. I also do have diabetes in my family, and i dont eat the best.
One thing i have noticed, this tingling almost always happens when im alone.
