My headaches often are precipated by bending down to reach for something on floor: If I look up: if head falls off pillow, if pillow too high; if pillow too low.
It starts with lights around the bottom lid, beating in head, heart racing frantically, electrical sensations in stomach, arms hands and head. It starts at base of skull and shoots to the top of my head within seconds, with pounding pain. If I sit down and breath explosively for several minutes, it will begin to slow down, but pain continues, sometimes for most of the day.
