I have been experiencing a variety of symptoms and am beginning to get worried. I have been getting very overheated and profusily sweating all over my body. Even with very minimal activity I feel very warm and sweat. I also have night sweats. I have been more fatigued than usual. I have a three month old son, but he sleeps well at night so its not just from having a baby. I also have a lot of muscle aches and headaches. just recently I have been developing small bruises on my thighs and knees. They are not painful and there must be ten of them. I have also been feeling more depressed than usual and have been experiencing anxiety. Also im not sure if its related but at times it feels like my heart is beating fast. I'm not sure what's going on and plan on making an appointment soon.

  • Best going to the doctor as soon as you can. My cousins lost their mother when quite young due to leukemia. I know bruising along with other symptoms, were her early symptoms. If you put on weight with the pregnancy (so feeling the heat more now along with sweating more)and are depressed.. that could also cause your symptoms. Post natal depression?? Post natal depression can get serious so see doctor soon. (I ended up in a mental hospital for a week, 6 weeks after my daughters birth. I'd gone to kill her and myself). Anxiety and depression could be making your heart beat fast at times. Or those symptoms could be something like chronic fatigue syndrome (if it is that, being diagnosed early and treating the condition accordingly (pacing/rest.. ME/CFS specialists may prescribe antivirals or other things).. has the most chance of of recovery. http://wwcoco.com/cfids/bernesx.html . (heart beating fast in ME/CFS is usually due to Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome POTS.. which 90% of those who have ME/CFS have as a coexisting condition. The sweating symptom can be part of the POTS or part of the ME/CFS unrelated to POTS). Things which has put one physically or mentally under stress (surgeries, major life changes) can be triggers for setting off ME/CFS So dont leave it.. get yourself to your doctors and find out what is wrong.. there is just too many different things it may or may not be for anyone to give you a good answer to what it is.
