I am a 17-year-old female and I have had malaise for over a month now. It is usually accompanied by a feeling of fullness in my upper abdomen, right below my ribcage. I have been getting bruises a lot lately, and I do not know why. I sleep almost whenever I have free time but I am still tired. I have also been getting headaches lately. Whenever I stand up, whether I take my time or get up too fast, I feel like I am going to faint, but so far I have only passed out once because of this. I've been getting heart fluttering, which I sometimes get around the same time I start to feel like I am blacking out. I am almost always lightheaded and thirsty. I have had mono in the past and thought that it may be coming back, but after a CBC my test results showed that everything was normal except for a very slightly elevated lymphocyte count (48.7, to be exact).

I am not sure if I should go to the doctor or wait it out. My mononuclear count was really good. It was 6.1% on a scale of 0-9%. I would appreciate any and all feedback.

Are you seeing a MD or alternative practitioner and what is their treatment plan for Lyme? Is it helping? DOM
