Hi there, I sort of just stumbled across this site after google'ing my symptoms. Basically I can be doing anything, sitting at work...standing in line at the store...watching TV...anything at all and sometimes, seemingly random, I get so light headed that my head does the head bob thing like if you are falling asleep sitting up. I actually have to move and sometimes will even kind of mutter words to "snap" out of it.
It's very hard to explain, so lightheaded is the best I can do...its also almost euphoric...like Im dreaming or something. Its a very very odd, and scary feeling. It feel like Im just going to pass out or faint right there on the spot.
I have no other symptoms that come with it, other than maybe increased heart rate and body temp up, but I cant be 100% on those even...its not a large enough increase to know for sure.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this..
