I was wondering if there were any other parents out there who have a child who is lactose intolerant.

What made you decide if he/she was? Do you have to give it all up at once or can we maybe try and just scale it back a bit?

I know that there is lactose free milk but are there lactose free version of other things like ice cream?

Anything helps. Thanks.

  • There is testing for lactose intolerance, which is really the only way to know for sure. The symptoms of lactose intolerance can be caused by other things, so you should have your child tested before you eliminate dairy from the diet.
