Hey so yeah.. This is such a perfect forum for me... I constantly have questions about health after my step-father lost his life to cancer. I'm a lot more concious about my health and I'm constantly trying to make an effort to become more healthy.

So basically I'll give you a little background.. What I'm basically questions right now is why I have muscle twitches. It's not something that hardcore effects me but every now and then I have random muscle twitches.

This has been on my mind for a while and I basically want to get it out. Does anyone have an idea of why randomy muscle tiwches/spasms occur? is it a serious health problem that I should get checked out? do I have a brain tumor?

All of these questions flow through my head. I've read a few other websites and I've heard that marijuana abuse can form this. I use to smoke weed I don't anymore.. could that be a huge factor in why this is happening to me. My memory is great.. and actually I'm constantly reading new things.. So I don't really think there's anything wrong with my brain

gah I hate drugs.. you know at times I regret that I've done them... but at the same time I don't

anyway.. any input would be really appertiated!!:)
