How to reduce tummy without loosing body weight?

Hi, How to reduce tummy without loosing body weight? I just wanted to reduce my tummy only without effecting on body weight. Thanks

  • Hi Playpepreetry,Some effective tips for you to reduce tummy.Exercise regularly to burn fat and manage stress. Instead of skipping meals do break meals in 5/6 small meals including snacks. Do take low carb meals and avoid eating shortly before going to bed. Do add broccoli, broccoli, avocado, oatmeal, walnuts, ginger, salmon, eggs, soybeans, flax seeds, honey and grapefruit, water more in your daily meals.
