I am a 28 year old female. I am always so tired that by the time I wake up, take a shower and get ready for work I feel that I need a nap. Some days my body aches so bad that it hurts to move or for anyone to touch me. Some spells are worse. I have severe pain in my hip or wrist, extreme headaches, and constant fagitue. During my menstral cyle which are always irregular I have extreme cramps that no medicine can touch. I have irritable bowels most of the time. I have a difficult time going to sleep and when I finally do fall asleep I cannot sleep a full night. No matter how much I sleep I am always so tired. If I am driving in the car it hurts to sit for more than 45 minutes during one of my spells. I have no idea what to do or where to even start. Do you have any advice?
