Hey... just curious if anyone here has any idea what might be wrong..

My symptoms right now include:
*General headaches (ranging from shoot pain sometimes to a general dull ache all the time)
*Night sweats and waking up confused, tired, and disoriented
*Some swollen lymph nodes under my arm (but the doctor just thinks it's bacteria from shaving and has asked me to not shave for three weeks to see if they go away!)
*Bone and muscle pain... it's diffuse and all over. Theres no swelling, but it'll move from one area of the body to another
*Lack of energy
*Slight nausea and dizziness
*Jitteriness (shaking, that eating/having sugar seems to help with)
*Mixture of chills one minute to being really warm the next, alternating
*A general under the weather feeling.. Right now I feel like I just rode a roller coaster one too many times.. and feeling pressure on my head like a big giant had his hands around my head and is squeezing it

My doctor took an HIV test and is waiting for that and did some blood work. Everything came out fine, except my HDL (good cholesterol) was low, and my triglycerides were on the high side of normal. Also, my fasting glucose level was 87 when they say normal range is up to 99.

I'm in my 20's and don't know what's wrong. Does anyone have any ideas?
