Hello. I hope someone can enlighten me.
For the past week, starting Monday, I have been getting flu-like symptoms every day at around 2:30 - 3:00. I get achy all over (wrists, fingers, arms, back, feet, ankles, etc.). I feel warm, sometimes a sore throat, sometimes feel short of breath. I go to bed early... then when I wake up every morning I feel fantastic and think I've beaten it... but come 2:30, 3:00 it comes back. I tried to experiment with it today and slept all day since I don't work Saturdays (did a lot of packing and moving last week out of my apartment so I thought maybe it was just exhaustion catching up with me). So today I woke at 9:30, went back to sleep at noon, woke up at 2:00. Sure enough though I went to pick up my son and put him on the couch with me and noticed my wrists were hurting... looked at the clock, it was 3:15. By now, 9:30, I am sore all over and feeling warm, especially on my face. Any ideas??
