fever, lethargy, sore throat, excessive thirst and urination?

I've been suffering with this collection of symptoms on and off for 6 weeks now. I get them for a day or two, have a good nights sleep and am fine for the next two or three days, then they start again.

Its always the same - I wake up feeling fine, but as the morning progresses my throat has gotten sore, I am fatigued and shivery from a mild fever, and I'm drinking lots of water and peeing heaps (every 30 minutes).

I've been to two doctors now, am just getting 'virus' - my blood work is all fine except my white blood count is low, in line with a virus.

Has anyone had this collection symptoms or any ideas?
