Drooping face muscles, weak body, bad digestion. Can anybody help me?

My facial muscles seems to be sagging, distorting my facial features. My whole body is weak. My digestion is slow, I rarely have bowel movement. Is it a damaged nerve? Any suggestions? It seems to b progressing over the last 3 months.

What tests shold be done?

  • hello it might be a bowel or colon not working properly.. get a check done at the doctor.. i have the same problem.. ive noticed eating fruits and avoiding all sugar help me a lot.. my features have been changing too and too much fatigue.. sometimes i cant recognise myself.. it might also be chron's disease or some intestines trouble.. lemme know if you figured something out:confused::
