Recently (within the past two weeks) I have been getting cold. I have digital clock in my room that has things like a stop watch, alarm, and has the temperature on it. I have been sitting in my room and would start feeling really cold and then look at that for the temperature and it would say it's in the 70s in my room (anywhere from 70 to 74). I know at that temperature I shouldn't be cold. Yesterday it said it was 74 in my room and I had on a thin long sleeve shirt with a thin sweatshirt over it and I still felt really cold. (I do tend to get cold very easily...always have and I do tend to stay inside and out of the cold most of the time and bundle up when I get cold)
Also, I have noticed today that my hands feel really cold, yet they feel clammy and kinda like their sweaty a bit. Also my feet feel cold, yet clammy and a bit sweaty.
My hair has been thin and I tend to lose some hair sometimes when I brush it and especially in the shower. It seems to be a bit like damaged hair. This could be due to poor diet as I will have to admit that I don't eat a proper diet due to lack of finances to do so.
There has been a virus going around in my family though. They have had coughing, sore throat, and flu like symptoms. My mom had it bad a little over a month ago and just kept coughing up flem. So, could the being really cold a lot and the cold yet clammy and sweaty hands/feet be due to that virus? (I did have a bit of flem in my throat this morning and sounded horse from it) And, right now I do feel a bit hot although my hands/feet still feel cold...basically my face feels hot.
My neck and across the back of my shoulders have been sore this past week as well. (heard that could be due to anxiety though as it's listed under the symptoms on a site I found)
Just a note: I do have anxiety, but not taking any meds for it. So, it might also have something to do with that. I'm not sure.
Seems to me it could be this virus that's been going around. What do you think?
