Hi all,
I am a 38 y old male - 5 ft 7 inches and 67 Kgs. Don't exercise, sedentary lifestyle, plenty of stress (especially lately). Don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs.

About 11/2 months ago, started having dizziness at various times of the day; after about 15-20 days have had several episodes of mouth ulcers. Saw an internal medicine specialist, did an ECG and Echocardiogram and no anomaly was detected. The doctor had told me beforehand that it would come clear, he said it would be caused by chronic stress and lack of REM sleep and prescribed a sleep medication (about 3 weeks ago).
I have not taken the sleep medication yet (afraid of habit-forming and inability to sleep without them) , however, tried to get more sleep deliberately - only moderately successful (I usually fall asleep around 1.30-2 pm and get up by 7 pm - don't feel rested). Have been sleeping like this for at least 4 years.
Now (last 7 days) there are some shortness of breath episodes.
When I did a sequential check of symptoms on this site I got Anemia. Could this be it or is it general stress and associated psychosomatic symptoms, or is it something else altogether ?.

Would really appreciate any inputs as this is interfering with my work/productivity/ability to concentrate. Am going back to my doctor but would like any directions/thoughts so that I could ask reasonable questions. Can clarify further.
