Chronic morning sickness

I've been experiencing nausea nearly every morning for about 8 months. It only lasts for around a half hour, but usually results in dry heaving and eventually throwing up. After it happens, I drive to work and I am fine. I don't take any medications, I stopped eating bread and dairy a couple of times to make sure I wasn't lactose intolerant or didn't have a gluten allergy. At this point I have absolutely no clue as to what is going on and I was hoping somebody could help me here, seeing as I don't have health insurance and can't really afford to see a doctor.
