I wasn't sure if this should be in a specific section or not.

I have symptomatic CMV and no one has been able to really understand why it is symptomatic, but I am 24 and my immune system has a tendency to bail on me easily.

I have been tested many many times for various things and lately I have really had the fatigue and general CMV symptoms be worse.

My specific concern now is:
I am having urinary retention issues to the point where it can hurt sometimes- my lower abdomen becomes tender and I just can not urinate. After a while I eventually can but my urine is clear. I have very little appetite and body temperature problems sometimes. What is confusing and concerning me is that I am getting very very dizzy at times- not lightheaded . It might be vertigo. It can happen in bed or just sitting or walking.

The other night I really wanted something to drink and felt dizzy in the kitchen. I was going to eat an avacado, but after I cut it it just seemed like too much and I couldn't "deal" with it. I don't know how to explain it other than that. The only thing I could actually deal with was to eat peanut butter with a spoon.

The dizziness is reallty worrying me and the on/off retention is painful at times but it seems to resolve eventually.
