For all of those out there with unexplained abdominal pain, among other things, here is a clean thread to ask about symptoms in. Please keep it clean and tidy in here. Everyone knows that everyone here needs help, but cluttering the threads with endless chatter won't help those trying to help us to sift through it all, so try and be brief.

  • Ok, here I go with my story. 22 yo M.1-Insomnia and unexplained high fever with bad pollen/usual allergies all my life; esp. lots of ear infections as a child with no apparent damage.2-About 5 years ago, developed sudden contact dermatitis.3-Started smoking about 3 years ago. Contact Dermatitis improved.4-Insomnia got much worse about 2 years ago, signs of depression for no reason that improved with time.5-Very suddenly, in February of this year, ER for general flu feelings with headache, dizziness, difficulty breathing, diagnosed with kidney infection. Chronic, severe brain fog and forgetfulness ever since. X-rays show calcification of the spine and spleen very pronounced for my age, but no apparent cause.6-Severe pain in left leg and groin and also neck and arm on left side only. Almost paralysis of the leg at one point. Improved after a few months to leave an ache there constantly after with swelling and flare-ups every so often. All tests inconclusive. Also accompanied with unexplained weight loss (200lbs to 156, one point lost 10lbs in 2 days, between doctors each day. Seems to have leveled-off, but I eat so much sometimes, I should be huge. I do eat well, but I eat the junkfoods too without reservation.)7-3 days ago, severe lower right abdominal pain out of nowhere after I sat in a chair. Suspected obstruction or hernia. Intestinal bulge found, but nothing else or severe enough to cause the pain I had. Doctor's perplexed. Spread to lower back on both sides last night. Doctor suggested might have urinary tract infection, perscribed antibiotics, scheduled colonoscopy, but CT and MRI scans showed nothing few months before. 8-On no other meds/have had only 8 rounds of different antibiotic strains.Pain is severe enough to ruin my days when I have it/is not depression, and general sick feelings all the time with recurring nausea since February.
